When you schedule an appointment, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
You agree that you are at least 18 years of age or have a guardian over 18. For clients under the age of 18, guardian MUST sign all intake informs and be present at ALL appointments.
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policies and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service.
Details of our cancellation policy are provided below.
All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for the completion of each service. You are granted a 10 minute grace period at the full discretion of your technician. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to fill out a client profile necessary to tailor our services to your personal needs. Time spent completing paperwork will count towards to the total time allotted for your appointment.
Cancellation/Rescheduling/No Show Policies and Fees
Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments can be rescheduled online on your Booking Dashboard Page.

TO ACCOMPLISH THIS, WE RELY UPON OUR PATIENTS COMMITMENT TO KEEPING THE APPOINTMENTS THEY HAVE SCHEDULED FOR THEIR CONVENIENCE. TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE SEEN PROMPTLY AT YOUR DESIRED TIME, WE STRICTLY AVOID ANY OVERBOOKING. YOUR TECHNOLOGIST IS ASSIGNED TO YOU AT THE APPOINTMENT TIME YOU HAVE REQUESTED. CHIOMA BODYCON SPA’s UNIQUELY AFFORDABLE PRICING IS CAREFULLY CALCULATED UPON OUR PATIENTS? ABILITY TO KEEP THE APPOINTMENTS THEY HAVE COMMITTED TO. AN AUTOMATED EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO REMIND YOU OF YOUR APPOINTMENT A DAY IN ADVANCE. THEREFORE, PLEASE NOTIFY US 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE IF YOU CANNOT KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT SO WE HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER PATIENT WITHIN YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT, YOU MUST NOTIFY US VIA EMAIL OR PHONE CALL 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. When you do not notify us in time, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time
ANY APPOINTMENTS MISSED OR CANCELLED THE DAY OF PROCEDURE WILL AUTOMATICALLY ASSESS A $50.00 FEE AND/OR LOST SESSION TO PARTIALLY COVER THE COST OF THE TECHNICIAN ASSIGNED TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. AN INVOICE WILL BE SENT TO YOUR EMAIL WITH A PENALTY FEE. PLEASE BE ADVISED YOUR CANNOT BE SEEN UNTIL THAT FEE IS PAID IN FULL. IF YOU OPT NOT TO PAY THE FEE, YOU AGREE TO FORFEIT THE APPOINTMENT.
AFTER THREE CONSECUTIVE NO-SHOWS TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, ALL REMAINING SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CANCELLED AND ANY NEW APPOINTMENTS WILL REQUIRE A $50 DEPOSIT PAID IN ADVANCE BEFORE YOU ARE SEEN.
AFTER THREE CONSECUTIVE CANCELLATIONS, ALL REMAINING MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CANCELLED AND NEW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE SCHEDULED ON APPOINTMENT BY APPOINTMENT BASIS.
Inclement Weather Policy
CHIOMA BodyCon standard policy is that appointments canceled with less than 24-hours notice will incur a cancellation fee or a lost session. In the event of extreme weather advisory, an exception may be made to that rule at the full discretion of the BodyCon center manager.
Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs which may affect your services. In the event of any changes to your health condition, please notify us immediately. If service or packaged purchased cannot be rendered due to health condition, we can exchange them for credit towards another service or package of equal value.
Prices and Services
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages, customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip the technician upon check out at the front desk.
We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home or keep them with you at all times. CHIOMA BodyCon is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any service or treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for spa credit of equal value.
ALL TREATMENTS INCLUDING SINGLE SESSIONS, PACKAGE SESSIONS, PREPAID THIRD PARTY VOUCHERS MUST BE USED WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF PURCHASE OR REDEMPTION WHICH EVER IS THE LATTER.
If we are unable to continue your treatment for health reasons, we can exchange them for spa credit of equal or lesser value.
Our Bodycon technicians are here solely to help improve your wellness. If a technician ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately and direct you to the front desk.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
CHIOMA BodyCon membership are offered in 3- month, 6-month and 9-month packages. Clients are essentially prepaying a discounted offer for a set amount of treatments. Therefore all membership treatments are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
In the event that a treatment can no longer be performed for unforeseen reasons, we will exchange remaining treatments for spa credit of equal or lesser value.
All membership services must be used within 12 months of purchase. Membership services can be rolled over as long as all treatments are performed within the 12 month period. Complimentary add on’s, service and product discount must be used in the months in which the membership is granted and are not eligible to be rolled over.
Our standard 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy apply to all membership services.
Membership are non-transferrable.
You may purchase multiple membership packages subject to availability.
CHIOMA BodyCon Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards should be treated as cash. All sales are final; Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason. To provide maximum protection to your credit card account, and to allow time for your order to process, our e-Gift Cards contain value that may be used to purchase services, however they cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or e-gift cards.
Redeeming Gift Cards
Gift cards are ONLY redeemable at CHIOMA BodyCon for the amount or service specified on the gift cards.
Gift cards CANNOT BE not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Any unused balance of the gift card will remain until redeemed.
If a purchase exceeds the amount listed on the gift card, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at time of purchase. For security purposes, a recipient will be required to show valid ID before he or she can redeem the gift card.
Cancellation and Expiration of Gift Cards
CHIOMA BodyCon reserves the right to immediately invalidate gift certificates, without notice, should it receive a credit card chargeback, returned check or other form of repudiated payment made towards the gift card.
CHIOMA BodyCon reserves the right to dishonor the gift card, if it reasonably believes it was not validly purchased, has already been redeemed, or the redeemer stole or is otherwise not the intended beneficiary of the purchaser.
Gift Card cannot be used for gratuities or tips.
Gift Cards Purchases Expire 5 years from Purchase Date
Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions
CHOIMA BodyCon reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion.
CHIOMA BodyCon is not responsible for emailed gift cards orders that do not reach their intended recipient for reasons beyond its control. Bounced email is not monitored. Receipt of email cannot be verified.
CHIOMA BodyCon, ITS AGENTS AND AFFILIATES, MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
Gift cards, and these Terms and Conditions, are subject to and governed by the laws of Texas, without reference to its principles of conflicts of law.If any provision of these Terms and Conditions should, for any reason, be held invalid, prohibited by law or unenforceable in any respect, such term will not apply. However, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall be enforced to the full extent permitted by law.
Risk of loss will pass to the purchaser of the gift card upon the electronic transmission of such gift card to the recipient or purchaser.
